This notice explains how SRRP uses contact details, drawings and application information shared for engineering review.

What we collect

Information for your inquiry

Inquiry details may include your name, company, work email, country or region, application, estimated quantity, project notes and technical files that you choose to share by email. The static website itself does not upload the RFQ form or attachments.

The privacy contact for this website is SRRP Injection Molding, 1012 HongDa Biz, No. 238 HuaiAnDong Road, Shijiazhuang, Hebei 050038, China. The legal contracting entity and responsible production site are identified in formal quotation and project documents before an order is placed.

Purpose

Quotation, engineering review and project follow-up.

Sharing

Access is limited to people and service providers needed to evaluate and support the inquiry.

Attribution

Campaign parameters such as UTM, sourceid and sourceurl may be stored in your browser and added to the email draft so SRRP can understand which campaign led to the inquiry.

Retention

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, supply relationship or legal requirements.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. This browser saves the choice so you are not asked on every visit, and Cookie settings remain available to change it. The current phase measures pages and ordinary interactions, not inquiry events. Event data is retained for 14 months; contact values, project notes, request references and full query strings are excluded.

You may request access, correction or deletion of inquiry data, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations. Do not send confidential technical information until any required NDA is in place.
