Problem definition

A housing is a system interface, not an isolated shell.

Mounting points, connectors, ribs, bosses, sealing or ventilation features, appearance surfaces and mating parts all change the mold and inspection conversation. Quoting only from outside dimensions leaves the important risks unowned.

Critical dimensions, assembly fit, surface condition and project-specific functional evidence identified before trial release.

Publication boundary. The customer-provided material supports injection molding, tooling, CAD review and inspection capability. It does not provide a public customer name, verified cycle time, scrap improvement or dimensional result for this housing; none is invented here.
